Former Soccer Star Max Tuerk Dies at 26 Whereas Climbing With His Household


Followers of soccer are mourning the dying of Max Tuerk.

In a statement shared on Sunday, Tuerk’s family confirmed that the 26-year-old died on June 20, 2020 whereas mountaineering collectively along with his dad and mother on a “favorite” path inside the Cleveland Nationwide Forest. “Max cherished his teammates, coaches and faculties,” the family shared. “Max was a loving son and older brother and his passing leaves an unlimited hole in our hearts. His power and work ethic is an inspiration to many.” 

No further particulars had been offered on the explanation for dying. 

The USC Athletics Twitter account moreover shared the data of Max’s dying in a tweet which be taught, “The #TrojanFamily could be very saddened by the data of Tuerk’s passing, gone too rapidly on the age of 26, and our concepts, prayers and condolences are collectively along with his family.” 

Clay Helton, who was named head coach of the Trojans in 2015, described Tuerk as an “unimaginable particular person, teammate and Trojan,” in a message posted to his Twitter.
