Man who died throughout Makindye eviction chaos was crushed by mob- police

In a dramatic flip of occasions, police say a put up mortem report has confirmed that the person who died in a foiled unlawful eviction in Makindye Division, Kampala, was because of accidents he sustained from blunt objects, and never a bullet as police had earlier claimed.

Farouk Mutakaya, a resident of Bwaise II in Kawempe Division died on Thursday night time as police dispersed a gaggle of individuals allegedly discovered effecting an unlawful eviction on the house of 1 Abdu Mbeera.
